How to generate site map in vb4?

Guys i have some confusion regarding site map generator


1) In vb 4, there is an option about XML site map generator, when i generate this file it gives me 4 files in sitemap directory



What the hell is this?

Why 4 files?

2) I am using VBSEO sitemap generator Add-on too, when i generate sitemap through it then look what happend



it gives me this file

http://www.ghostwarez.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz


now i am confused that which file should be select for submission in google site map arena?

why cant you just submit http://www.ghostwarez.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz
if its wrong google will tell you, it wont hurt to try you know

Well, I've done it.......... why it shows red cross on that link?

Click on the link i.e. ghostwarez.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz and you'll see the description of error there.Either resolve that error yourselves or post here and we may help you out.

while clicking on first link, it gives me this error

and on the others it gives me this

Oh ok.You aren't providing correct location.Change your sitemap URL to http://www.ghostwarez.com/sitemap_index.xml.gz from http://www.ghostwarez.com/http://www...p_index.xml.gz

You don't need to give the full URL in your webmaster account, only the path after your domain's trailing slash, i.e. sitemap_index.xml.gz
