hey no one is perfect
XSLTel tries his best to help his costumers.
After all everyone has own opinion how everything should be.
and its not XSLTel fault that ecatel.net had some problems with dc.
Also as we all know that good web master backups once a week all data.
So dont blame XS for wiping, i thing if there would be hhd broben you couldnt blame him for that only yourself that didnt do backups.
there is no server that would not had problems in all time,so if you didnt had downtime youll get it in time.
I must say XSLTel really good guy and he tries his best for all.

I confirm that the downtime that happened for long time is because of me and not ecatel DC, it is the best DC I have dealt with so far.

the whole problem was old server was oversold and we switched to a better one the only problem was is delay in ecatel support. but its nothing compared to the server quality they provide.

Updates:

1. Costs increased for shared hosting only (existing clients are not affected in this change) we done this to stop overselling our server with useless copy 'n paste useless sites.
2. Terms of service changed we won't allow any sites DEDICATED to PORN Linking/Hosting anymore.
