They start out with 50 points each. When you post take one point away from one and give it to another.

Asia - 50
Africa - 50
Europe - 50
Australia - 50
S. America - 50
N. America - 50

So Let's say you post and take one point from Africa and put it to Europe.

Asia - 50
Africa - 49
Europe - 51
Australia - 50
S. America - 50
N. America - 50

You can remove 1 from any of the continent. it's up to you.  
And put that 1 into the continent which you want that to win. 
You have to put ur entry according to the last entry. 

You can post as many entry as you want. 
But the second entry by you should be done after someone's entry. ;)
First continent that reaches 0 (ZERO) will be removed and the game will continue on!
