Are there any services that will allow me to install specific programs i need ( JDownloader, VideoThumbnailMaker, and FileZIlla)

I looked at a bunch of the threads with RL in the title, but they dont seem to be it

Get a VPS. One with RDP is ideal because it's easy to set up.

I have one from ShackServers, you might want to look into them. I've also heard that KnowinServers is good for that kind of thing.
