I'm sorry, but that would be just plain stupid. Why would you edit Wordpress to do that? It requires edit of core files, css edits, and admin panel edits. It's way easier to create a custom blog script.

I'll give you one hint, "Cute News" can be edited easily like that with small knowledge of HTML/CSS , PHP&MySQL.

However, don't be lazy. Your whole work on the Internet is to post some movie you leaked. You aren't risking anything, so you can use the normal post form like everyone, or modify Cute News.

I think theres some post generators like the first image you posted, maybe you can use one of those and add the result to the main wordpress editor?
