they won't delete it. i have an old account they limited about 2 years ago, it's still up and running, plus my email address is locked in it and can't be removed. it's just another one of their methods for combatting fraud, or from the innocent customers' point of view, to make their life more difficult.

Yeah..me too..3 years limited with email and bank acc number stuck on that account, can't create new account if you're using same real name.
