Everyone deserves a second chance... But, there is no need for a name change I guess, because you can gain your reputation back by helping young Webmasters in running their Websites, etc.

They say you scammed people, well. I say some of the Webmasters around here scammed other people too, but It's just not well known on KWWHunction. Most of them are using applications like iStealer to gain accounts, they re-sell them, etc. And say: "NO, I ain't a scammer, I don't scam Webmasters... But I scam sometimes Black MarketPlace forums"

It's all the same if you ask me. Hell, even I done a lot of bad things, fucked up many people. I could came with another username but I didn't, no point in that... Because somehow, you will make the same mistake again, and everyone will know who you are.

Jason is right, people make mistakes from time to time and after awhile people will understand and take another look at what you did and have a little more understanding. All that is needed is time.
