Can anyone Help With My Paypal (India)

Hi

On 19th october i logged in my paypal and i saw that paypal has put limitations in my acount...Now it is asking for Credit Card which i dont have

I already added my bank account long back and everything was working fine....but on 19th october when i logged in it says that there was unusual log in activity with in my account..I changed the password but now it is saying to add Credit Card....I contacted paypal but there was not a good response

Can anyone help me to remove these limitations or help me to add CC
