Default How does Google Crawl links not visible to guests?

    Hey Guys

Was wondering, their is a guest section available (for katz rules) but Google etc will only be able to crawl that.

How can i make Google Crawl others categories too (without making all of 'em visible to guests).

I have already included Search Engines in Moderator Group, but i don't think that is helping much.!

    Any help will be Appreciated.!

Yep. Search engines do not tolerate that.

WOOOO!!!!! Search Engines in Moderator Group? Are you crazy?

Change that RIGHT NOW. Why would you put them in moderator group? Anyone can view the site as a google spider and do all sorts of crazy stuff if they've moderator permissions. Their's even a firefox plugin that lets you set your User-Agent to GoogleBot so you can see a site like Google.

That's not the only problem with this post. It's in Webmaster Discussion. If it was at least in Forum Support we'd have an idea of what script your using and may then be able to help.

For IPB you just have to change the settings in ACP. If it's vBulletin then you have to install a mod called KX Spider Mod (or something like that). If your still reading this and haven't yet change the search engines from Moderator Group your an idiot.
For PHPBB it's also in settings.

This technique is know as cloaking and illegal. It will get you a few more hits from Google but their very low quality hits. Their really high bounce rate and if Google finds out your side will be banned and then your sites is pretty much worthless. If I was you I wouldn't attempt it. If your dumb enough to put search engines on Moderator Group then your probably dumb enough to get your site banned by Google.
