rl is not working on my vps !!

I cant configure the rl on my vps .. i have webmin access and i already install php on it... now i login to vps via filezilla and upload rl ... but it shows only files..

rl does not working .. urgent help needed !!

delete everything
create a file index.php with this code
<title>test file</title>

Call the file from your browser than post the output here. it will be either

a white page with "test file" as title
or
a page where that code will be written

install kloxo instead of webmin then just upload the files via file manager into public folder for your site , remove the default index.html and load all yur RL files into there and it should work.
