I have found shinjiru and It looks like they offer good quality service. I also have spoken to one of their reps and everything seems all good.

I just haven't decided to jump in and use them yet.

Are they good? is there any offshore hosting services that offer better than shinjiru in terms of quality and pricing? I am looking for good quality service hosting. I am not interested in unprofessional hosting run by kiddies. I used wrzhost in the past due to the rave reviews on KWWH by KWWH users and them being cheap and it gave me nothing but headaches and unreliable support. I don't want to go there again!
