How to split vps space ??

I have a vps of 200 Gb space and 10 Tb bandwith and 2.5 Gb ram..

now i want to share with three of my frnds.. so i wanna split all things equally...

Every person will get same hdd space : 50 Gb
same bandwith limitation : 2.5 Tb
and ram : 625 Mb ram

can anybody tell me how to split it easily and provide four different rl account which show splitted all things equally?

i have solusvm access , kloxo installed with centos .. i can also use webmin..

now tell me what to install or do for doing this???
