Some title here
CSS to be specific. I am told to use photoshop to design sites, but I find it to be a lot more work than it should be. I find Programmers notepad to be a lot easier.
I do a tiny bit of PHP, but I am not very good at it yet.
Not sure about HTML5...

Just thought i'd say, always use Photoshop to design sites, and use a text editor to code them. I don't see how you're going to design a site in Notepad

Right. I often get coding and design mixed up in weird ways.
Photoshop is a hassle to use. (For me.)
I use other solutions like GIMP and Paint.NET for images and such.
Anyways, thanks for the welcomes.
