Well, I still haven't learned CSS (I mean I cannot code a skin from a scratch)

But, I can edit a CSS Template by looking at codes.

I goto w3schools.com if I don't get what the CSS code means

Thats what keeping me away to learn CSS lol

I'll try to code skins after my exams I mean, I'll learn CSS (probably CSS 3 it has kick-ass effects)

just get a premade template and look thru the css if u dont know what a code is or does look it up

CSS3 is amazing -moz-border-radius, webkit-boarder-radius, khtml-border-radius ftw! (Not correct santax)
