Download speed depends on distance too, this server is located in nl and i got 5.3 mg per second from USA, i think its acceptable

It's not 100mbit/s its 1000mbit/s. U will check when i setup test accounts. Try to dl multiple files at one time from this ip. Yeah distance matters too
