RPNet is having some technical difficulties with their primary server.

Our primary server (which also happens to be the place where our domain is hosted and forwards subdomains to other servers) is down. The DC (Joe's Datacenter) is having a power related issue which they expect to be fixed within a few hours.

I'm sending out a mass email in a few minutes regarding this.

Do you Know how long it will take for them to be back?
'cause it's quite a while and users payed for it. ;-)

Don't worry. You'll get the appropriate compensation. A few hours is the timeframe given to us by our DC.
