Fair Enough dark, but being in these worlds since 2006 has maybe made me cynical as to whether his company will succeed, i have seen far too many kids buy $1 .info and a $5 reseller, start a host, offer crap support (because they don’t understand the basics),oversell, then disappear with people’s money... Maybe it’s just me, or maybe i am actually right, i guess we will see how this pans out but to me it stinks of another one of those hosts.

It can be, your dns records might not be setup on the server correctly, If you have a reseller account log a ticket with the host.
