Website which offers multiple "premium accounts"?

I guess the title wasn't the best one, however I remember I've visited a website once where you buy a membership account, and then you're given access to remote upload (/download) from several file hosts with premium accounts. It's like you buy 1 account at their site and you're given the opportunity to remote upload from a ton of different file hosts.

However, I can't remember the name of the site. Can anyone help me out ?
