PhotonServers & Positive Under New Management
Dear all,
I would like to thank you all for your great continued support in my hosting career, which i have learn very many good things and all of my clients have been very good to me.
I from 3rd November have handed over the whole PhotonServers and PostiiveVPS to a qualified personnel from the USA, who will be handling over all the queries and everything.
He is a very qualified personnel on the web hosting and VPS Sections.
I thank you all for the support you have given me, and I had to sell off these sites due to personal reasons, that i am facing at the moment, and due to lack of time, is why i had to give it.
The msn, yahoo and gtalk messeger support is yet with me which i will hand it over to the new admin in a day.
For all future questions and everything i suggest to open a support ticket the new admin is very good and very nice.
Please note that i will not be responsible for any issues caused in the future, or any loss incurred from PhotonServers and PositiveVPS, as its no longer under my hands.

Are you kidding me?
Today you notify us of a handover that occurred on the 3rd?! That's surprisingly unprofessional from your side.
Also, regarding qualified personnel who have taken over the business, sorry, not by a long shot!
I have had two mundane uncomplicated tickets open since HOURS. Shall I post them here so we can see the level of qualified professionalism?
I was up til now fairly satisfied when the business was in your hands. You have always appeared to be a good guy trying his best for his customers.
Now it's completely gone to piss! If this keeps up, this business will die in a very short time period.

Sorry for that as i was to check how the admin performs and all. As i could not say it until payment has been done 100%..
Hmm well missbx you may experience slowness as due to timezone there are no staff members who are 24 hours online. Also the person is from US so i think thats fairly ok, its bad if u dont get reply within 24-48 hours or more.

Many thanks for your attention, I certainly didn't mean to have to pull you back into the business you handed over, but I was really amazed at being left in the dust, that only happens to providers who will not be around long.

Thanks for that. See - these are the kind of details that are HIGHLY important for your former customers. 24 hrs without a response to a problem or even worse, to a technical issue or site being down is critical to know in advance. Otherwise customers feel like they've been sent down a one-way, dead-end street. Especially helfpul to know in advance of paying the next months bill.(!)

Yep missbx: I agree with you what you say.
I have handed over the company to a professional person, who knows how to manage the servers and all, as he has also been in the webhosting business.
@the ticket i cant see it at the moment, as it seems like the main websites photonservers.com and the billing one the .info is being transferred to an external server so incase if there is a downtime on the shared server the main sites for support dont go down.
Also: for any issues i suggest you wait for a reply via the ticket system or else try the MSN, YAHOO Support system.

Hmm, i think it would be of patience if i am not wrong to wait abit more, and the admin would surely respond back to you.

Thanks so much for your efforts. As I said earlier, you have always appeared to be a good guy doing the best he can for his customers. The company was good in your hands.
For a webhoster to have several hours where no admin personnel available these days can be a business killer. Hope all the customers you have worked so hard for don't end up jumping ship. (!) What a shame that would be.
