    Hotfile may appear to be the fastest probably because its the most popular but I would say Crapidshare the fastest.

    And afterall, Hotfile only kill copyright files while Crapidshare kills accounts. About 5 years ago my premium account was killed because I downloaded (not uploaded) copyrighted movies! Several others also complained....
