i need a linux vps, i want this only to learn to manage a vps. so i will only put 1 little site on it, 1 star katz site, with 500 unique visitors a day.

is there anyone who can teach me to manage a vps?

so you need to provide me

- linux vps, i can pay with paypal, it must be cheap, i want it only for learning
- teach me how to manage it, what matters is 99% uptime and a fast stable server

i thik i want to pay 5-10$ a month for the vps

when i see i can manage the server myself, i will pay you as 100$ as christmas present

i dont think anyone as time to teach you so if you want to keep the vps online without problems get managed

or get a vps and pay someone to install firewall , ddos protection and optimize your vps and so on

there is no semi dedicated server, i think you meant semi dedicated webhost.

Manage a linux VPS is easier as use linux, belive me, install linux into your machine, install apache + mysql + php and start playing it.

Is all that you have to do, use google to solve your problems and after that buy the VPS and start your work

And you will need 15$ for a decent VPS.

veeble doing a good deal at $15 i got one not had any problem yet i got 4tb bw aswell
