i checked some demo acc here, all are getting only 1mbps and 800kbps,
1Gbps does not mean 1mbps and 800kbps i need original speed as mentioned not 1 or 10 mbps.

First of all, 1Gbit/s = 128 MegaBytes/s. Then again, you're sharing that RDP with 10+ users on the same server. I don't know why you aren't happy with 10 MBytes/sec, because that is a lot. If you're not satisfied with that, get a dedicated server, and use the full 1GBPS line just for yourself.
