The DDL is back, it's accessible at toonddl.com, and the forums at toonddl.com/forum/forum.php - meaning the ddl isn't gone for good, they've widen what they have to offer I guess, but it's not going to be easy as I'd concentrate more on traffic to the main portal (DDL) if I were the owner. Unless he wants to try getting traffic from other DDLs for the forums, and share that to this as well.
