Hello, I am writing this thread because Im disappointed about the fact that the respected coder "JmZ" has been demoted without any explanation.

This is called unprofessional at least give this member an explanation about why he has been demoted.

All he does is say bullshit about KWWHunction on the chatbox. You must've noticed that he has been frequently banned from the shoutbox -- He only uses it to bitch. Also, I don't think we need an explanation to why someone is demoted, if you read this thread - http://www.besthostingforums.com/showthread.php?t=36828 it states "However, given ranks are not permanent, it can be revoked at any time if any changes or incidents occur." I think he got demoted because of disrespect towards members of staff?

I just wanted to clear this up.

i believe it was over a fight with staff in the chatbox.. im not 100% sure honestly.. seems a couple members of the moderation team have been headhunting him for whatever reason. I know he talks shit in the shoutbox,but honestly guys.. 90% of KWWHuntion members do exactly the same with nothing happening. I agree though if he was demoted for a reason,i believe he was a coder, then it should have been told to him why.for example if he wasnt helping members with coding projects anymore etc

Just because he's been "demoted" doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't know how to code now, lol. Also, If you're in the coders rank it doesn't mean you have to help members with projects. We all know JmZ is one of the best coders on KWWHunction.

The Coon, i personally had a chat with JmZ and he doesnt know why he got demoted. So i thought it would be a good idea to find that out.

Oh, well I was there in the chatbox (where JmZ was as well) the moment he got demoted, so I assumed he understood as well (reason: just disrespect in general - only coming to chatbox to complain/whine)

Ever heard of something called a PM? You should really try it out.

It's absolutely none of your business why JmZ lost his respected coder rank and nobody owes him an explanation.
