i don't get any answer from vps9/scopehost now for 2 weeks, anyone else?

+ my server is down today.
i tryed to contact them via scopehost email, vps9 ticket system and PMed sarkarraj but no response nowhere...

StoneArcade.comafter they had teh issues of there servers going down,i just moved straight away,as anytime i had tried to contact teh staff for support on Scopehosts,either using their ticket system,email and even msn.Support was pretty much non-existent. The only time i had any contact with them is after the servers were "fixed" i recieved an email,which i replied i had moved and they could cancel my accounts with them. Which they replied to almost immediatly (i assume as they were losing a customer now) saying all was fine on the servers.. i would recomend finding a new host,that offers some kind of support at least

thats it....every time a problem occured they hide until its over it seems.......they used to be brilliant but im so disapointed now

@Krun!x that's the problem... i can't make a backup because the SSH doesn't work...
if they would just tell us what theyr problem is... maybe one of us can help them...
