after they had teh issues of there servers going down,i just moved straight away,as anytime i had tried to contact teh staff for support on Scopehosts,either using their ticket system,email and even msn.Support was pretty much non-existent. The only time i had any contact with them is after the servers were "fixed" i recieved an email,which i replied i had moved and they could cancel my accounts with them. Which they replied to almost immediatly (i assume as they were losing a customer now) saying all was fine on the servers.. i would recomend finding a new host,that offers some kind of support at least

EDIT: the site is back online but lagging like hell. pages loads slowly... Rating: 5
