Just found a really useful software to capture Videos and Screenshots
With alot more options and 100x better than screensnapr not that fast though

It sucks for screencasting (frame rate sucks on it, try it), I usually use TeamViewer or Camtasia Studio-> YouTube if I need to snap a vid
Great concept, poor realization :/
What my point is, there's no real reason for using it with better tools around now.
