I'm selling Gxiso.com

It's receiving over 25,000 visitors daily (23k being unique) when it's actually up. The last week or so the server was down and I couldn't get it back up because I've been busy. Stats Here and here. The website has about 10k members, that joined optionally. There has been no large incentive to become a member. There are about a million threads in the database.

Our pagerank is 3 and the domain itself is over 5 years old, which gives our site a huge search engine advantage. More than 70% of all our traffic was organic. Many post appear on the first page of highly competitive search results everyday. Gxiso also has a large but hidden Adult Section. Because it's hidden and only a link to it appear on the forum home, gives you the ability to run both non-adult ads and adult-ads in the two sections of the site without running into any problems.

Affiliate marketing on the site itself has been pretty dead in the past few months due to my inability to manage them. During the summer (traffic was at 12k-18k) affiliate marketing revenues were between $500 to $1000 a month.
Ad revenues have steadily increased however, recently profiting about $400 to $600 total monthly.
That means money-wise, you are seeing a minimum of $400 a month and a max of over $1600 a month (with proper effort). You will have to take my word on these stats. Proper Stats will only be provided to the winner before purchase.

Now, I need to sell this website as soon as I possibly can. I would like the buyer to at least have some positive reputation/experiences on this site.

The Buy it Now price is $2500.
This includes the entire website + domain + Server.
Server is completely active until Dec. 9th or so.

2nd, you sell it with the server till the 9th however its not working properly? What's the matter? I get a weird error when I open your site.

3rd, what is your site actually? Game iso forum or something?

Traffic sources (google/direct) etc. would help too.

Server is working. Domain is just not pointed to it at the moment.

Too busy to get the site back up.. but pointing your domain takes 5 minutes? I don't think anyone will pay a lot for a site they can't even see..

Get your facts right before talking shit...
Plus a lot of time when a site appears to be malicious is just because you linked an image/video etc from a real malicious site..
