Well KWWHunction is the last thing I always check and I'm not going to answer to support questions anymore through KWWH, and I don't check KWWH everyday so when people post here and I didn't see it then they say that I forgot them etc..
We have whmcs,support email,skype,msn,gtalk,forum,etc... so there are enough ways to contact us but through KWWH isn't the correct one.
