Can't login

I have a site running IPB 3.1.2 and I switched hosts and now I can't login.
When I click on Sign In it brings me back to the index page. Same thing happens when I try to access the admin panel.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Checked it and everything seems fine. Tried deleting it and still doesn't work

I remember my password and just can't get the Sign In page to load.

When I click on Sign In it redirects back to the index page.

It's a theme problem by the looks of it.

When you moved the forums did you re-do the CMOD' etc?

If not, change the board to default theme via phpmyadmin and try then.
