I know it needs a key i bought it a while ago, but the download access expired, just wanna check if my key would still work.

Does this use your server to check links or theirs?

I check 100k posts for only 5 hosts that have link-checkers or api and it really strains a vps or shared. So what it would be like to use your own server for hundreds of hosts has to be really painful.
