Instead of a sentence, you write your links on that paper and put it in the cookie with a manual...
Then when the client opens his cookie, he/she sees it, and has to download the file to become lucky

Of course it's faked. Colours give it away (Different white shades all over the image). Unless it is genuinely cookie stuffing, in which case he is still faking something in the pic.
