SCC is all about pre time
Dont think that you will find some exclusive stuffs there
If you want tons of stuffs TL or IPT will do as they have scene and non scene
RTT is also good

You cannot compare the general tracker like ipt ot tl to exclusive trackers for specific stuffs like tvshows,music,porn etc
Compare gereral tracker to gereral and music tracker to music

IF you in need of dvdr or untoched one SWedvdr,sparwar,bithq would be better
and TT (trance traffic ) is for music
Sex (sceneexpress) have tons of tv shows mainly .speed is not good there

All depends on what are you interested in? pretime,non scene release ,speed..etc

Some tracker like digital have have very good pretime but the download speed will be too less,pretime is useless in this case
You will find 90% of release in TL,ipt with better pretime
