Absolutely correct. They need co-operation from the nl based host. If the host co-operate then the site can be take down otherwise it can't. But 90% NL based host are not co-operate. So its better to live chat or email the host to know that what they will do if vbulletin copyright infringe letter comes to them against you. If the host reply that we will fuck that letter, you can choose that host. So better to confirm the NL host before buy. You will don't face any problem.
