No, their network are having great speed.
For sure the performance will be degrade; if it's holding 5 or more "hardcore" or "superior-hardcore" uploader on the same server.

one of my users told me that he has tested with HF links and speed was 1 mg/sec
its not acceptable.

We had got a Server from them , and i don.nt know why , I was just getting 1000kbps on linux.

It was a total waste of money.

Nope firstly i had got it in dallas then i shifted to WDC , but everywhere it was same.

We used to get good speeds on windows , but when i installed linux it sucked big time.

dunno the reason, I've heard that linux is supposed to give better speeds than Windows.

Anyways, I'll be ordering Windows. So, I hope it should be good for me.
By the way, did you get any server with high speeds (dl/up both) ?
