Why the fuck would you visit a site via proxy? If I was owner of that site, I'd block proxies too.

Lol that's my fault. I just changed my default apache is working page (used it when I blocked travian on my GF computer) fixed. AW is working (temporary I think.

Only banned people are using online proxies. If you can't access the site from your country you can buy/get VPN (virtual private network) they are cheap about 10-15$ monthly. And you get a dedicated IP from any country you want. Or you can get some socks5 from someone... All in all, every Webmaster I know hates online proxy sites. They're no good.
