    Default ESXi issue

    ESXi, SATA HDDs, No RAID controller, guest OS windows 2003,

    Read disk good
    Write disk good
    Read-Write (winrar, copying files), complete disaster, 1-3MB/s

    How can this be solved? I know write cache is disabled, but any workaround on this issue? Couldn't find anything on vmware about this.

    its the issue with ESXi File system. Try moving to VirtualBox
