    I have to agree,

    my US service had abruptly ended and I asked to be moved to the UK server rather than a refund.

    I was transferred to the UK server instantly, without any hesitation from FileStorageHouse as he obviously wants to make good; the unfortunate situation that he has found himself in and the obvious headache caused to all of us by the removal of the US service.

    The UK server is great, I use it for downloading / uploading from rapidshare, hotfile and fileserve, and I find it more that satisfactory.

    I find this is a more acceptable alternative, than to having a refund and then wasting time and having more hassle trying to find another host, I can simply carry on with minimal disruption.

    All of you looking for a refund might also find this a good alternative.

    These appear some of the unprofessional yet greedy hosters fucking the KWWH users.

    My support tickets are NOT responded to since about 10 days. Domains are NOT working and they even not issuing any refunds.

    However they are issuing invoice reminders !!!!!!

    How to get my investments back??
