Overall theme looks good but

1- favicon
2- extremely shit logo (6 year old + photoshop first time?)

Nice layout but a few suggestions:
-New logo/banner
-make stuff stand out everything seems to be in the "gray area"
-favicon

Site okay,

My review:
-Favicon should match forum colour scheme
-Katz 1* image looks ugly squashed like that
-Change the colour of the affiliates box (Footer)
-What's the box in the header (sort-of)? - Change colour and make it only 5 links if it's link spots that your selling or summink
