Need Admin for new site

Gonna start a new site, so need someone experienced to work on it along with me.

Its gonna be a warez forum, using vBulletin or IPB.

So if you have good knowledge of vB or IPB, and you have time, let me know.

Your job will be normal administration, and also ddl submission along with me.

Note: I need a serious guy, who has got enough time, and who won't run away after few days

Is it going to be vB or IPB? If vB count me in

I've ran previous large sites, having up to 10k Members - Getting 15k UV/Day (If you want URL then pm me) and Smod on a site that has 20k members (more like an admin as I know the admin very well and I'm first in command on problems).
It was 4* on all big ddl's.

I'm on everyday from about 4pm (London Time)

I have experience with DDL submissions so the site won't get banned if I submit
