    look mate, your site has no traffic, members, post, pr...

    so what's stopping some1 to buy new domains himself, one he likes better, pays new hosting to hosting provider he prefers (and it's cheaper for him in the beginning if he pays monthly) and install scripts he likes more...

    you tried to sell it for 65$ but noone is interested, so now is the time to lower the price, or create auction

    Well, you said it your self, everything without the hosting costs 20$ - That was my offer!
    I can get a hosting myself for a cheaper price.

    Anyway It's up to you, Max I can pay 20$.
