I am sure most of you want to know this thing :) I saw that most of the Pro Admins and most of the 4* or 5* sites are still using the old version of the vBulletin rather than VB4.x.x 1) Why is that? 2) What are the main reasons? 3) How to downgrade to 3.8.x if we are having the vb4.x.x?
