Why most of the Admins use 3.8.x vBulletin rather than 4.x.x?

Well the thing is that vb4 is still like a child who is learning to walk.
Yeah its cool but there is no use to it because there are only few mods that will work on it and most of the pervs are 2 cheap to buy custom skin and it dont have many premade cool looking skins right now.

Lets wait for another 3 months and by then i bet most of the guys have upgraded to vb4

vb3 is much faster than vb4, + it is much easier for coding

vB3 just has so many better features than vB4.
vB3 = Extensive selection of sleek designs, vB4 = bulky, ugly designs (maybe just 1 or 2 designs that I would use for it).
vB3 = Simple styling system, vB4 = ok maybe more modern styling system, but took a lot longer to get used to than the vB3 system.
Also the change in amount of space vB4 takes up in comparison to vB3 (suite version is about 20MB).

I'm on vB 4.0.8.
There are so many less errors!
I don't know why people use 3.0.8.
Also, most of the 3.0.8 mod's are now compatible with vB 4.0.8
