I need a custom VPS.

Specs:
Linux based.
High speeds for HF, FS and filesonic atleast.
I just want to Download and upload files nothing else. So Processor and RAM could be mediocre.
Atleast 20GB space


I need serious speeds only. Atleast 10MB download and upload speeds USING RAPIDLEECH. I have tried download manager, they give good speed. But I want those speeds on RAPIDLEECH. Linux is preferred.
Budget not decided. Let me know all the plans.
