While domain is propagating

I just moved a site from 1 server to another, So domain is still propagating. Any way to make another admin account? Don't have access to any of them I used to change the email on an admin account via MySQL but when I go to forgot pass, the captcha won't show up.

Some hosting allows you to use http://123.456.789.000/~account/

Where the number is the IP and account is your user account. You can use that to use your site while the domain is still propagating.

That's what I've been doing. But I can't login to the admin account as I just bought a site and the owner is offline :/ So i changed the email on the admin account, so I can go to forgot pass and reset the password. But the captcha won't show.

Oh right now I understand. What version of what script is it. I'll tell you where to edit mysql to disable the capcha option. Or try and search your mysql settings for capcha.

vBulletin 3.8.x. Searched myself before but somehow couldn't find it =/
