    fileserve. filesonic needs time to evolve some more and prove themselfs first that they are ok and that only comes with time. the name is new too.

    + they have to remove the stupid 400mb file limit rule once for all and set 1GB to default.

    Filesonic doesnt allow free downloads above 400mb but they have a sales program so they are flexible in that aspect...

    Fileserve only has pay per downloads and no sales program for your files if you dont have a website. But they dont have any file size limit for free downloaders and they are more preferred than filesonic by downloaders(debatable)...
