The VPS. Managed simply means they will help you manage the server. For example if you want to get your site up and running but you don't know how they will help/guide you. With an unmanaged VPS you have to make sure you know what your doing because your on your own (A.K.A. do-it-yourself).

If you can do it on your own and have experience to do it go for self manged, at least you can get bigger specifics with self managed.

i wouldnt get a host from warez hosters, warez? they steall all your scripts

i got my website scripts a year later on warez download sites

hm.. why someone will lose all their clients because of 10$ for a script.. ? That host is NOT serious host.

yeah if he steals and people notice it then they will change host so he will lose all his customers
