Check out their post regarding Germany server. Currently, Netdireckt is not very stable. Occasional offline.

A great idea for you would be to go to pingdom.com and sign up for a free 30 day trial.

It will record all the details with regard to your website loading time, speed, uptime etc and be excellent proof for getting your money back or any disputes.

its true de servers its been offline three days just a period of time has been online ... they say its hardware problem ... but we¡'re not in a trial to give proofs ...

hope knowinservers fix this asap

I have US server, having a few downtime lately too.

Right now my server is down from 30 minutes. Dont know whats happening. This is my first time though. Speeds are not that much for the price I would say.
