Knowinservers.com - Problems

I'm currently with KnowinServers, I host a few users from here on the NL VPS and so far I haven't had any problems at all. I also have a Germany VPS and that's running smoothly.

P.S. If someone was hosting RL on their server without the "appropriate" security anyone could upload and extract a shell. So, mayank's problem isn't exactly KNOWINSERVERS problem.

its not about offshore server but KNOWING SERVERS is the worst here..
they have many problems..i heard from a member here(Mayank101) that their RL's weren't working,somebody hacked there RL's and there sites weren't working
so if they have soo many problems then y to chose it?? huh

Dude, common why are you spreading roumours,
knowinservers never got hacked, scopehost got hacked
and KnowinServers, provides one of the best service around.
So stop misleading people and specially with my name.

Guys, I didn't want to blame Knowinservers! The facts are that you just can NOT develop brand new site with offlines, isn't that right? Even if downtime is only 10mins per day, Google nowadays checks everything, and it's going to take couple of days again that everything's going to be normal.

The thread wasn't opened for flaming like Knowinservers are bad, any other host owns... But I just wanted to get some feedback of users who actually use the same server as I do. What should they do? How do they look about that? What would they do if it happens again?

Please stay on topic, because I didn't want to flame about Knowinservers, because I still believe they are professionals. But at the end even for me is not important if my website is hosted by Knowinservers or by randomhost. All I need and want is STABILITY. Period.

If you want to fight which host is better, please do NOT reply on this thread. Thanks.

I've got the words with Knowinservers administration. They said that in worst case scenario for people like me real solution is to moving to .NL host.
