i been searching around but cant find one that offer a custom windows VPS with RDP setup
i need admin right to install couple softwares script to upload files
my real requirement is 1gbit unmetered
need to be in US since i upload files to HF, FS, and MU
i dont know how much HDD and RAM i can get but my budget is $45
give me some offer guys

Did you test our VPS?
Also again, RDP means limited user ona shared OS
VPS is a dedicated OS with admin right.

You should able to get:
-50~80GB HDD or even 100GB on "black friday"/"christmas"
-1GB RAM Dedicated with/without 512MB Swap
-1Gbps 1TB Metered/Unmetered shared between 15~50
-Windows 2003/2008 with Remote Desktop Access along with admin right

KWWHunction was not only the forum offering Windows VPS.
Checkout more on other forum, (eg: webhostingtalk.com,......etc)
It's recommended to choose "VMware" or "Xen HVM" Virtualization.

If you are looking for performance; go for truly Virtual Dedicated Server(VDS) sometimes known as Hybrid series VPS.
You will get complete dedicated resources such as dedicated CPU, dedicated RAM, dedicated Bandwidth, dedicated Port Speed and..etc.
